My experience was super smooth. My first visit in-store was eye catching and I instantaneously found my than fiancée’s ring. It was so beautiful with a price to match. Francesca and Andrew were both so lovely with their customer service and catered to all my requests.
With my location being permanently in Thursday Island, they were super flexible with arranging a ring for myself too and innovative in getting perfect sizes.
Most negotiations were done via email and over the phone due to the distance and ever tiny detail was captured with very prompt responses.
I can’t thank them both enough for the very pleasant services and experiences. My wife and I are so grateful for the most beautiful rings to symbolise our eternal promises to one another!

Great communication and exceptional workmanship, would highly recommend! My wife and I approached Fran and Andrew for customised wedding bands. In the beginning we had hand drawn sketches of what we werelooking for as well as inspiration photos. They were able to transfer our very crude design into a 3D CAD model from which many iterations were made fine tuning our design. Fran provided great advice on the design of the rings regarding durability and wearability. Throughout the entire process Fran responded quickly to our e-mails and provided frequent updates. We had multiple meetings to discuss the design and view progress of the rings. They make the whole process from start to finish such a fun and smooth experience. The many minute changes made to the design and their ability to execute such changes give us great confidence in recommending their services to anybody who is looking for bespoke jewellery.
